More than 10 year An old thought repeatedly and frequently comes in mind from 1 year ...i know this thought is useless and no meaning of them but mind do not understand that..this thought also create fear,stress...how to overcome them??

Repetitive thoughts generating fear especially when you know its meaningless, could be sign of Obessessive Compulsive Disorder shortly known as OCD. You need psychiatric help, counselling and may ned Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Consult without delaying lest it may affect your personality adversely.
