Hello,
The incident that had happened has traumatised you causing you anxiety and stress. You have to accept what happened and move past it. You will need to seek guidance from a professional. You can consult me or any doctor for counselling. We are all here to help you.
You will need a number of sessions of counseling with a Psychiatrist in your area. Tele-consultation may not be adequate because you can't approach your doctor when you need.
Repetitive thoughts generating fear especially when you know its meaningless, could be sign of Obessessive Compulsive Disorder shortly known as OCD.
