One month back, i consulted a psychologist and he gave me nexito plus and petril MD 0.5 ( petril MD 0.5 to be taken only when i feel more anxious or stressed) I took the medicine for 2 days and stopped. Recently, since the last 3 days, i have been feeling body movements or sudden tremors or jerks while sleeping. I agree i am depressed due to some reasons. I feel like talking to someone when i dont get sleep. Doctor please help me out. I want to come out of this stress and anxiety disorder.
