During the panic attacks you tend to breath heavily known as psychogenic hyperventilation causing chest pain. There is no specific medial treatment. You need to calm down and breath spontaneously, plus try breathing exercises regularly

Dear Patient, Your symptoms of chest pain during panic attacks, hypertension, anxiety, and FOMO (fear of missing out) suggest a strong mind-body connection. Anxiety-related chest pain is common but should never be ignored, especially if it lasts for hours or days. Possible Causes: ✔ Panic Disorder – Anxiety triggers adrenaline release, causing tightness in the chest. ✔ Costochondritis – Inflammation in the chest wall due to stress or tension. ✔ GERD (Acid Reflux) – Can mimic chest pain and worsen with anxiety. ✔ Cardiac Concerns – Though rare at your age, it's important to rule out heart conditions. Suggested Next Steps: ✅ Practice deep breathing exercises & meditation to calm panic attacks. ✅ Monitor blood pressure levels regularly. ✅ Lifestyle changes – Avoid caffeine, improve sleep, and exercise. ✅ Medical evaluation – If pain persists, an ECG and stress test might be needed. Since your symptoms are chronic, a detailed consultation is essential for a long-term solution. You can reach me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for further guidance.
