I am preparing for govt job. This process is roller coaster ride where success is unpredictable despite of hardwork I have prepared mentally to do that.previously I use to enjoy the process.I am at a point where I lost focus, concentration on studies due to extreme stress and anxiety and depression.which I cannot express to anyone suffering from loneliness from past 10 yrs.I came to where it totally ruined my sleep pattern,I have gained weight of 10 kgs,I have mild pcod symptoms as well.severe headaches on back of head along with digestion issues .No matter how much I try to be positive and heal myself I am ending up with fatigue feeling no energy.I just come to the point that I need to consult any psychologist or therapist.Kindly suggest me what I can do to get back to my normal state.
