Stress and stuttering
Sometimes I can talk alot with confidence and without stammering, and sometimes I just feel that there's pressure on my bain and it makes my speech disruptive with low energy levels.Been consulting psychiatrist since 2 years but still no difference.I don't really want to be on meds for life time.As I've taken several medications just to relieve my anxiety and not stress. Can you prescribe me a medecine just to not get stressed out and feel energetic and confident that I can take for long time usage. Pls don't ask me to consult,as I've through counselling and all the other stuff that mitigates my lower energy levels and stress scale. Just prescribe me a med that keeps my mood on all day, energetic and confident,so that I could really be confident in my studies. Both homeopathy and allopathy,I'm better off with anything... Thanks
