Sometimes I had stuttering problem specially when I'm introducing myself but today I met to a speech therapist she told me that I don't have stuttering problem but have some psychological problem related to stuttering so how will I get rid of it

Practice talking to a stranger in front of the mirror. Always rehearse before a new meeting. Talk slowly and emphatically. Speak Only after you have made a sentence in mind. If anxiety persists you may need help of psychiatrist who can further refer u to a psychologist if required.
Hello... ur speech therapist cleared that u don't have stuttering bt u r having problems wen u r facing/introduced to new member means probably u r suffering from social anxiety consult a psychiatrist fr evaluation n treatment.
