When I go for some presentation or some speech I m getting nervous and forgot everything. I m very confidence in small group but when it come for large number of group I m lost. Some time I m forgot person's name .

What other people think doesn’t matter and don’t think u r the centre of evevryone attention . Nobody cares you do your best

The underlaying thought that weakness will expose during presentation in small and known peoples group is less distressing.
But the presentation during more no. of peoples and mostly senior and unknown people will critically evaluate me and find my weakness is more distressing results in increase psychophysiological reaction can cause poor performance, like forget the things, slow voice, breaking speech etc.
