Strech fracture in leg
While do any type of exercise , mainly running , i feel pain in lower part of leg , and i can't run long due to this pain, what would i do to get rid from this pain, sir/ madam please help me .

Hello.. when you start doing exercise your body demands extra nutrition which can be met by taking high protein diet, along with calcium and vitamin.
Next Steps
before starting the exercise always do some stretches and warm ups in order to prepare the body for exercise.
Health Tips
hot fermentation 3 times a day on the painful area. quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscle stretching is a must before and after the exercise.

Due to weakness you are feeling pain in lower legs. Take calcium and vitamins rich diet to increase strength and stamina. Do the following exercises to stretch and strengthen leg muscles. Toe Raise Big toe stretch Toe extension Achilles stretch Foot raise These exercises will help strengthen your lower leg muscles.
