Strain in right eye since 4-5 days,

Hi, I am experiencing strain in my right eye. Shape of eye has changed a bit, n i doubt my eye ball is disorienting little upwards.

Hi I can see some amount of vertical hypertropia meaning left over right eye If it was not there earlier please get a MRI scan of brain and orbit done Check previous photographs first because may be you have noticed it now because of eye strain so rule that out Also if there is any double vision Get refraction done too
