Hi
Looking at the picture, the patient has a tongue thrusting habit where the tongue position is a little bit forward than normal. This pressure will cause gaps between teeth over time.
Next Steps
A habit breaking appliance ideally followed by orthodontic treatment.
Health Tips
Veneers or bridges will compromise the tooth structure and will not address the root cause.

Hie... there are three solutions :
1.orthodontic treatment with wire or without wire
2. Veneers of upper front two teeth
3. Caps on the teeth
All these treatment has different time limit alongwith costing charges
Next Steps
Kindly visit or consult clinic for any further queries
Permanently solution is orthodontic treatment as it doesn't involve any tooth invasion.
But braces need to be apolied to both upper and lower teeth in order to establish proper bite.
Hey there,
Only front two teeth can be straightened with veneers!
Long standing solution would be porcelain veneers. Low maintenance.
Cheaper option would be composite veneers. However they might need some repair over a few years due to wear.
These are some of the quickest ways of achieving your desired result.
If you are open to the option of orthodontic treatment and willing to go in for braces/aligners then thats also an option. However you will have to invest in some time in that.
Next Steps
Visit a cosmetic dentist/ orthodontist as per need for a consultation.
