Storage if pumped breast milk
Is it okay to pump milk at 10 am and  refrigerate it by 12 pm??? If done how long the milk can be used??? Please respond as I have to start my job and I cannot refrigerate milk at work... Thank you

Yes you can store. Breast milk can be stored at room temperature for 4 hours and can be stored in refrigerator for more than 24 hours. Refrigerated milk should be kept out for sometime to bring it to normal temp and can be given to baby.
