Stopping melatonin
I have been prescribed melanew 3 (melatonin) for heaviness in head taking since 3 months and half but it has not helped me as needed,can I stop taking it?i didn't have sleep problem but don't why why my doctor prescribed it? Can I stop it from today? I am already an hypertension patient taking nebicard 5 once daily in morning

Yes you can stop. If possible for you can you tell me since when are you talking nebicard? Consult me if you can. Stop taking unnecessary stress. Sleep for 6 to 8 hours. Drink plenty of water . 3 to 4 liters per day.
