Melatonin vs Diphenhydramine
Is it better to take 15-20mg of melatonin or 50mg of diphenhydramine to sleep every night? My doctor said it wasn't good to take diphenhydramine a lot but I need something to fall asleep.

Whatever pills you take for sleep it gonna hurt you after prolonged use, there is no pill without any side effects for sleep.
