Stomach upset
Hello Sir,
It seems that I'm undergoing acute stomach infection currently with painful cramps. This is the second day. I am taking meterogyl 3 times a day. Drinking lots of water. Please suggest if I need to take any antibiotics.

Hello. You take mag phos 6x - 2 tabs with warm water every for hour today and take three times tomorrow. Drink nimbu water mixed with little amount of zeera powder. Don't eat any outside food or drink at all. Eat light foods like fruits, daal, rice, curd etc.
