Stomach problems
I am vomiting yellow and have black stools. I have a slight headache and burning sensation in right side of head above ear. I feel heat whole day in body specially after 12pm.i also have little bit of nausea an i am not able sleep at night. Beacuse of upset stomach had bone all medical blood test also usg of stomach . But everything is normal. Pls let me know which medicine can I take.

coloured tablets used by you.also any
bleeding in the gut region can cause
black stools.get it investigated.
