Hello my mother age 52 attached usg report she was having lower left side pain may I know what exactly in report which doctor i have to consult kindly advice
Last year March 2023 she was having gall bladder stone 4mm but later it's dissolve said after taking ayurvedic medicine now kindly clarify about gall bladder and about pain reason if possible kindly advice tablets and further plan

As per her USG report CBD is dilated it shud be 4-6 mm
That means there could be a stone in the Common bile duct or it shud be passed out calculus.
If u can show any Liver function tests for further correlation

Hello,
Gall bladder condition is not related to the lower left abdomen.
Mainly it's related to large intestine infection which cannot reviled in USG.
It needs SUPERSPESIALITY test MRI abdomen.
So u need
Light home made food.
Plenty of water n liquids.
Stop outside food, fast n junk food immediately.
One course of
Tab meftal spas DS two times a day after food for three days.
TAB OZ TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR FIVE DAYS.
enterogermina respul or cap two times a day for three to five days.

There is a kidney stone of size 4mm(0.4cm)

Left lower abdominal pain can be due to divert, colitis, kidney stones and 7-8 other causes.
