I have stomach ache from last 2 days I have gallbladder stone and enlarged liver problem also. Sometimes pain is high and low remain always.

Most probably you are suffering from biliaru colic. Thos is because of the gall bladder stones.  I would suggest you to please consult a laparoscopic surgeon who would better advice ypu to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy
