Stomach pain
Hello sir/mam since 4-5 days I have pain near lower belly button and lower abdomen
And also on left and right side of abdomen
No constipation, but after passing stool it's more painful (lower abdomen)
Pls suggest how to consult and medicine

Possible cause could be Gastrittis n colitis ..rule out Diabetes ..eat fibre rich diet,mantain adequate hydration and sleep hygiene

May be it's due to acidic reflux
Use tablet pantoprazole 40 mg for 3 days.
Even after that if pain doesn't reduces you need to do a ultrasound abdomen
