Take plenty of liquids and complete bed rest besides drinking boiled water ( after cooling down to room temperature). Take blend and simple food. If temperature rises beyond 101 degree F, ask your near and dear one to do cold sponging for 15 minutes, and after 15 minutes check temprature, and maintain a chart.
