Stomach pain and not eating proper diet
My 3 year old son  complains about some pain in stomach when awake from sleep from two days, he have tight motion in 2-3 days. He also doesn't eat properly.(eating less than his usual diet). Please help.

Constipation will improve with frequent fluids & occasional use of per anal dulcolax suppository

All of this problem is due to constipation and acid problem in stomach. Give laxative syp. Tab.lanzole jr 15 mg 1 tab once daily for 5-7 days

Just give good amount of water ,include oats ,apple palak ,u may use syr colic aid 2.5 ml once or twice daily for 3 days Give warm water with honey ,natural laxative

Hi, pain is because of hard stool(constipation)...so give laxative to relieve constipation and cyclopam syp for pain relief...

It may be due to constipation. You can give high fibre diet and more liquids. If symptoms more consult pediatrician.
