Dont worry you will be fine.
Pain in stomach may be due being empty stomach for long time.Due to Gastritis or colic pain due to infection in intestines.
Every cough need not be covid.Covid is ruled out by Covid test.
Please do following
Tab Meftaspas 1 tablet when pain is more.
Tab.Albendazole 400mg in night once only.
Drink plenty of normal water.
Do warm water gargle about 3-4 times a day.
