The problem you're describing can be due to multiple reasons
But according to your description it doesn't look very serious and looks to me like a minor indigestion
Please try to fix your food habits (eat less spice , time your meals properly and regularly and take proper sound sleep
May be it will fix itself, if not please consult a doctor
The symptoms you described such as a squeezing sensation in the stomach, persistent stomach sounds, and a feeling of emptiness even after eating may be related to increased gastrointestinal activity, mild gastritis, acidity, or gas. In many cases, stomach sounds occur as part of normal digestion when the stomach and intestines move food and air through the digestive tract.Sometimes this can also happen if meals are small, if foods digest quickly, or if there is mild stomach irritation.
Next Steps
Try to eat regular, balanced meals that include protein, fiber, and complex carbohydrates.
Consume curd / buttermilk atleast once a day
Add fruits to your daily diet.
Avoid very spicy, oily, or acidic foods for a few days.
Eat smaller meals at regular intervals rather than skipping meals.
Maintain adequate hydration and limit carbonated drinks
Health Tips
If the symptoms persist beyond 1–2 weeks, worsen, or are associated with significant pain, vomiting, unexplained weight loss, or fever, it would be advisable to consult a healthcare professional for proper evaluation.
Possible causes include Gastritis or Acid Reflux.
Advice:
1.Avoid spicy, oily foods.
2.Take small, frequent meals and avoid long gaps between meals.
3.Drink plenty of warm fluids and avoid excessive tea/coffee.
4.Consider an antacid or proton pump inhibitor such as Pantoprazole if symptoms persist.
5.Maintain adequate rest and reduce stress.
Health Tips
Will need a general examination for further evaluation and treatment.
