My son is 5months old now and exclusively breast feed.can you please suggest me from when should i start give solids ?from first day of 6th month or after completing 6months ?

1. Baby can sit with support and holds the head
2. Has lost tongue thirst, doesn't push out food.
WHO and most of the government authorities recommends to start complimentary food after completion of 6 months.
First 1 year breast milk is main source of energy.
Start with one meal per day, gradually increase to 2-3 meals by 9 months.
