My son is a 7 month old baby. At night time he wakes every 1 or 2 hours for feed. So, I have started solid foods. But he eats a little bit only. Please share any food chart and frequency.

Try to give solids in the daytime only. The baby is young right now so he will not be able to take solids at night. Start the day with milk and give 2-3 meals of semisolids in the daytime. Last meal being in the late evening. In the night, give milk only. Babies waking up once or twice at night is normal. He is quite young. See if the baby has colic that can be the cause of waking up.
Next Steps
1. Start the day with milk
2. Give semisolids after that 2-3 times a day alternating with milk.
3. Milk is comfort food for the baby so give it just before baby is going to bed
4. can try Cholicaid drops to relieve colic if present
5. consult for further details
