Hi Sir/Maam
My baby has just completed 6 months and i am very confused about starting solids.
What should be the right way to introduce so the baby can be comfortable.
As everyone has their own opinions like give puree for or give mashed.
Start with vegetables/fruits and when to start with grains.
Can anyone please answer.

Hi, plz start from semisolid foods likes mashed banana, suji kheer, halwa, potatoes mashed, mashed dal, start from 1/4th to half katori at least 3-4 major meals in gap of 4-5 hrs, in between major meals try to give one fruit, and breastmilk alongwith , grains can be started once child is able to take semisolid food comfortably and then at 8-9 month increase frequency and quantity of food , try one different food every week and give less milk diet after one year, don’t give foods which get stuck like almonds, peanuts, toffeess
