If you had already taken starfruit in your life and there is no allergies or any mishaps then you can take it now but if you are trying for the first time give the trial after pregnancy

In Hindi Star fruit is called कमरख । It is quite sour, and loaded with Vit C. Very low in calories. It has not been studied in details regarding its effects on pregnancy but it is known to aggravate existing kidney diseases. I would not recommend Star fruit during pregnancy. No known benefits but it can be harmful in some cases.

No fruits have been found to be bad for you or your baby throughout the pregnancy except few reports regarding raw papaiya. Ripe papaya is a good laxative which will help in constipation that occurs during pregnancy.
Next Steps
consume atleast one Fresh seasonal fruit daily.
Health Tips
imported fruits impart no additional advantage. focus on local seasonal fruits.
