Avoid nose blowing, lifting weight, bending straining, etc until at least2 weeks after surgery. Sneeze with mouth open. I can take a bath 3 days after surgery but dont allow even a drop of water in your ear, always plug it with vaseline impregnated cotton bud. Avoid running for 6 weeks, avoid flying for 5 weeks, after that while flying decongest ua nose with a nasal spray or drops prior to take off and landing

You can have head bath and eye glasses after the mastoid bandage is taken off, but care should be taken so that water doesn't enter ear For 2 week (put Vaseline soaked cotton round) For 1 week after surgery, avoid sudden head movements and bending over. These actions may cause dizziness. Avoid strenuous activities, such as bicycle riding, jogging, weight lifting, or aerobic exercise, for about 2 to 4 weeks.
