I have been diagnosed with SRUS, internal hemorrhoids and anal fissure. It has been nearly 2 years now. I don't usually get the urge for a bowel movement so I have to strain in the toilet. Additionally, I get very paste like stool that gets stuck in the narrow opening so I have to manually evacuate the stool. I usually spend 30-40 minutes trying to empty my bowels otherwise I find it very uncomfortable to sleep. I also get excessive passing of gas. Additionally, post motion I get rapid heartbeats from the trauma and constant feeling of incomplete evacuation. Most often, I go to the toilet another time to finger evaluate the stool. I have been suffering like this since 2 years. Please advise.
