Hemorrhoids and fissure
I'm diagnosed with piles and have three hemorrhoids and a fissure. I am advised to undergo laser surgery. But I'm afraid it might recur and is it necessary to undergo surger ? Can it shrink on their own?

Surgery is the better option.,it won't shrink on its own.
