Two months back i sprained my ankle , inversion ++
After which i applied a cast for 10 days followed by brace for 15 days
And try to keep the foot in anklet for most of the time
But still some part of swelling exists
No bruising ,no fracture present
Should i start with exercises or slow walkin for half an hr? Or should i give it more rest to recover?
