Sprain Two months back
Two months back i sprained my ankle , inversion ++ After which i applied a cast for 10 days followed by brace for 15 days And try to keep the foot in anklet for most of the time But still some part of swelling exists No bruising ,no fracture present Should i start with exercises or slow walkin for half an hr? Or should i give it more rest to recover?

Swelling is common upto 6 months, there won’t be any swelling in the morning. Swelling comes towards the end if the day. If there is no pain no need to worry. You can start physio now. Consult your doctor if any problem.
