Hi, if it is within 72 hours then do some cold fermentation for 15 mins each thrice a day, once it comes down to room temperature then apply volini  gel. If it is more then 72 hours then use hot pack & with the same process.

Apply diclofenac ointment for 5 - 10mins and then do hot water fermentation for 15mins, repeat this twice a day. Avoid exercises and take rest for few days, if wont find any improvement then consult back or visit nearby physiotherapy clinic.

Hey there! Please do icing or ice massage for pain. Your muscle will heal via taking it's own time. Take rest and apply DFO gel if needed. Remember to do proper warm up, cardio, before doing strengthening exercises. Such injuries, as yours, often occur due to lack of body preparation for strenuous exercise. You should always prepare your body by warming up. You should also involve cool down post exercise and take a bath post cool down which sounds low but is an important thing to normalize all bodily processes and then you are ready for other works. This also prevents injury.
Next Steps
Do icing and give rest.
Health Tips
while doing cable cross over, there is an point to remember which is your posture and bodily alignment. Keep this in mind.
