Spotting in early pregnancy
“Hello doctor, I took a home pregnancy test on Day 22 of my cycle — it was faintly positive. On Day 24, my beta hCG was 49.2 mIU/mL.As my doctor prescribed I started taking Trenaxa 500 and progesterone from that day. Now I’m on Day 27 and have only light pink spotting in the morning with mild cramps. Should I continue Trenaxa 500 or stop it now. I’ll continue progesterone as prescribed.

Some kits may show false positives..let's wait for your expected date of periods to pass, if periods occur then there no pregnancy, you can repeat upt once it's 4-5daus or max a week past the period date. To understand your cycles better, your safe and unsafe days, do connect.

Day 22 is not the time to do a urine pregnancy test. I don't know how it came faintly positive. Progesterone and Tranexa are diagonally opposite medicines. You are on day 27 of your periods. In another 3-4 days you will get your periods. If you don't get your periods please do a urine pregnancy test and consult a Gynaecologist
