Spotting and bleeding. What to do.

I had my period from January 11th to 16th. I had unprotected sex for the first time while trying to conceive on January 19th, 21st, 23rd, and 25th. My periods were normal in January, with no unusual spotting. My last period was from February 7th to 13th. After that, I started experiencing brown spotting, which I had never experienced before. I had unprotected sex again on February 18th and 20th. From February 21st onward, I started having light painless bleeding like period—not heavy, but it increases with travel and reduces with rest. This bleeding has been gone after 2 days. Additionally, I was diagnosed with a UTI with Leukocyte Esterase. After taking Niftas, the bleeding stopped. I had never had a UTI before. I am also taking Bio Folate. This is my first experience with unprotected sex, and I have never had these symptoms before. My periods have always been regular, and I usually feel ovulation pain every month, but this time, I did not experience it. Kindly suggest what to do.
