Spotting and then bleeding. What to do.

I had my period from January 11th to 16th. My periods were normal in January, with no unusual spotting. I had unprotected sex for the first time while trying to conceive on January 19th, 21st, 23rd, and 25th. My last period was from February 7th to 13th. After that, I started experiencing brown spotting, which I had never experienced before. I had unprotected sex again on February 18th and 20th. From February 21st onward, I started having period like light bleeding—not heavy, but it increases with travel and reduces with rest. This bleeding has been ongoing but painless. This is my first experience with unprotected sex, and I have never had these symptoms before. My periods have always been regular, and I usually feel ovulation pain every month, but this time, I did not experience it. Kindly suggest what to do.
