Spotting before periods
I'm 24 years old and not sexually active. My periods are usually regular, and my last period started on 27 June. For the last 2–3 menstrual cycles, I've noticed something new that never used to happen before. I get brown spotting for about 2-3 days before my actual period starts. This cycle, I had brown spotting yesterday, then a few drops of fresh red blood , but after that there hasn't been much bleeding yet.  Earlier, my periods would start directly with a normal flow without any spotting. I wanted to know if this is a normal hormonal change or if it needs any evaluation.
