Spondylolisthesis grade 1 at L5 S1 level
Is spondylolisthesis permanent? I m taking treatment from last 6 month and still have mild pain . I can't sit on stool aur bed without support more than 10 minutes as it cause pain. And i feel a mild protruding my spine bone at low back level.

There is no conservative way of reducing the slip. Mostly treated surgically If you are young, get it fixed surgically .

Spondylolisthesis is a structural problem. And it’s pretty common. (Normally every 5 in 100 people have it. 50% of Eskimo have it) Mostly it’s asymptotic. Before commenting any further I would like to see a dynamic x ray of your lumbar spine.

You can take analgesic. Locally apply spray. Hot fomenting.
