My ist molar one cusp is splitted off deeply from the root socket from 3 year as in image i marked with black i don't eat from that side does it cause cancer suggest me solution

As per your description that tooth needs to be removed. Also you should avoid other problems. Poor oral health also contributes in diabeties, severe heart problems and many other things
