Spine lower back problem
Have a problem in lower back and numbness in right foot side. Below attached MRI REPORT .. Feel pain after counting standing. Pls check and advise

Your back pain is likely due to lumber spondylosis with disc problem and nerve compression. But so much change at your age is not explainable because this kind of changes is usually seen in > 50 years old individuals. So there must be some medical disease which needs to be explored after detailed evaluation by a physician or rheumatologist regarding related to early degenerative changes. Consult a Rheumatologist of experienced physician for Early degenerative changes of spine as ur age in 39 if i m not wrong!!!
