Spine fracture
Following is my MRI report after 40 days of conservative treatment. Please suggest what shold i do . According to my neurologist I have to bed rest for 2 more months. Thanks in advance for answering

If there's no neurological complications so far, then conservative management with bed rest for 3 months and following advices from your treating Neurologist and orthopedic doctors is the best option.

Neurosurgeon who treated your fracture spine is the best person to advise you.With burst fractures without any neuroligical complications one needs atleast 3 months to recover with conservative management.

According to your report there is some fracture on the 1st lumber spine as burst fracture. You should take good treatment .
Next Steps
On the basis of your current history take treatment as follow as 1- Cap Pantop dsr 1 time per day for 1 week before food. 2- Tab Pregalin M 75 mg 2 time per day for 1 month after food. 3- Tab Shelcal 500 1 time per day for 1 month after food in the night. 4- Cap multivitamins A to Z gold 2 time per day for 1 month for strengths and immunity.
