  4. Spinal TB. Pls suggest is it correct.

My wife has severe pain in neck and right hand, MRI showed that disc problem in cervical area. But now after another doctor did x ray and blood test he says it's Spinal TB as Hemoglobin value is 9.8 and EST westergens is 39. Pls suggest is it correct.
