After playing badminton i feel pain in spinal cord between L2 to L5 (not exactly sure) disc area and becomes to difficult to remain standing. After taking rest feels better. If I touch I can feel the pain. This is happening from last 20 days.

You need to stop playing badminton for a month. Take pain killers for a week and once pain subside start with back exercise taught by physiotherapist. Get an MRI scan done for better understanding of your problem. Use lumbar belt for a month
