Sperm not getting insert
Hi Dr we are trying for a baby since 1 year we checked with gynecologist and our all test was normal and whenever we intercourse all time sperm gt outside I also tried to up my legs for 15 min but that's also not working please do suggest what should I do.

Semen has 2 parts - Liquid and other sperms... Usually after having contact liquid and bad sperms will come out... The good sperms which have active movement will go up into the uterus... Liquid coming out is a completely normal phenomenon...
If after 1 year of unprotected intercourse and considering your cycles are regular a proper check of fertility issues is required... Please have an in clinic consultation.. Basic ultrasound to check the uterus and egg producing capacity of ur body, 3D ultrasound to see the inside of uterus and a semen analysis should be done. Thanks

What is happening in your case is very normal. It happens in most of the patients. Still they conceive.
You can go to the next stage, known as Intrauterine Insemination. That may increase your chances of pregnancy.
