Married for 1 year , i have done my sperm test in January sperm count reports are normal and my wife tsh and prolactin serum is normal but periods are irregular should i do my sperm test again trying for baby what to do

Hi. Since your wifes cycles are irregular she need to do an ultrasound to rule out Pcod . You need not repeat your test .
