Hi doctor am trying to conceive my wife but Everytime after intercourse after withdrawal of my penis from vagina immediately all sperm came out within second. We married 3 months ago.

It’s very normal for semen to liquify and flow out
If you and your wife are healthy and she has regular periods you can wait for a min of 6 months before you can visit a doctor .

It’s normal for the liquid part of the semen to come out after the intercourse. Dnt worry trying. It can take Upto 1 yr for a healthy couple to conceive.
