I have negative power in my specs and I can see without using specs clearly during my studies , close to my eye. Should I need to use specs at all time , including them ?

If you do not have much astigmatism or cylindrical power, you can use the specs for only distance viewing and remove them for studies and near work. Maskatieyeclinic Opposite Charni Road station east, Mumbai
