I got a specs currently and I want to know what js the chances that if I wear specs full time the power will go with time and what will be the healthy avg screen time per day . I am 19 right now

Hello You have very small refractive error Wearing glasses all the time won't cure this astigmatism however,as power is very small many people don't feel any disturbance in routine life without glasses Healthy average screen time is 2 hours or less per day

Use glasses regularly. Future cannot be predicted, that's why annual eye examination is suggested.
