Hello sir since 2 years pain coming going pl advice next what to do whatever how long it will take for recovery in physiotherapy center And any tablets also pl reply Age 28 unmarried my job is mobile tecnician I sit for 8 hours and traveling on bike 40 kilometres daily May i know for this reason any like sitting or bike driving or is this common or not pl reply Thanks
