Since 2days my frnd has a pain and feels tightness in her lower jaw... It has not relief yet what can b d reason for that.. pain increase on protusion, depression, deviation of the mouth.. unable to eat or brush but can speak with out pain... Have even swollen gums... Please help

The scenario shows , your friend has impaction problem due to wisdom teeth. Pericoronitis is swelling of gums over the erupting tooth due to infection.

Take a OPG xray and visit the dentist for further queries

Don't stop your jaw movements. Use mouthwash for 1 week . Go for a professional cleaning sir.
