Have chewing gum. This will train tha muscles. Avoid wide mouth opening. Have alternate hot and cold fomentation for 1-2 minutes each for 3-4 times a day to relieve pain. Consult specialist to know the cause and treatment. Avoid food like laddo, pani poori which needs you to open mouth wide.
