Spasm and unable to move
Am unable to move because of spasm under my left side lower hip .. it's very painful.. not able to sit, sleep, stand or walk, please suggest any medicine or any other remedies

In an acute phase plz do icing as frequently as possible.consult a physio.physio vl guide u through complete examination and will give correct ergonomic advice in all day today activities which will be helpful to overcome pain faster .manual therapy helps with quick relief.treat the cause by good core rehab in the long run.
